Payment history 35% 2. Time in bureau 15% 3. Types of credit 10% 4. New credit 10% 5. Debt to credit ratio 30% The number of credit cards a person has is not important, what is important is how the manage them. As long as you keep your balances below 30% or your credit limit and pay on time every month, you will be fine. Notice there is no mention of credit/debt to income ratio in the above list, this is because no matter what anyone says neither of these matter as far as score goes. For the very best score and profile you will need 3 credit card accounts (revolving) with balances belwo 30% of your credit limit and 2 cars, boats, homes, furniture or personal accounts (installment) all with good long pay history's. China:

<img width='1' height='1' K of miles away..

See Russia.. broken up country...from USSR

本是同根生,相煎何太急................. we are rooted together before right? And China is revitalized

United we win, divided we lose. Seek cooperation...and smile from my fellow Taiwanese.. some day ...

Part of a report by:

Robert S. Ross is professor of political science at Boston College and an associate at the John King Fairbank Center for East Asian Research at Harvard University. His most recent book is Normalization of U.S.-China Relations: An International History , which he co-edited.

Chen Shui-bian is an isolated and unpopular politician on the subject of Taiwan. The Taiwan electorate recognizes that Chen is driven by ideological and nationalist aspirations for Taiwan independence, rather than focused on the economic and strategic welfare of the island. Chen is in the last months of his presidency and Taiwan is in the midst of presidential campaign. Taiwan's two presidential candidates both stress economic development and cross-strait stability, rather than such symbolic gestures as changing the name of Taiwan or promoting Taiwan membership in the United Nations.

Frank Hsieh, the candidate from Chen Shui-bian's party, is doing his best to distance himself from Chen and his provocations. The opposition party candidate is Ma Ying-jeou. He is leading in all of the polls, and he is favored to win the presidency. He opposes Taiwan independence, he supports direct trade between the mainland and Taiwan, and he says that he will try to negotiate a peace treaty with Beijing.

The presidential election is in March 2008. After the election, no matter which candidate wins, a moderate leader will move Taiwan toward a mainland policy that emphasizes stability and economic development rather than independence. The Taiwan electorate is becoming more moderate because the rise of China is limiting Taiwan's options. The country's economic development has drawn Taiwan into the Chinese market. China is Taiwan's largest export market and the largest recipient of Taiwan foreign investment. Taiwan simply cannot afford to alienate the primary source of its economic prosperity. Nor can Taiwan risk the high cost of war with China by declaring independence.

The United States can no longer defend Taiwan. It cannot help Taiwan deal with mainland retaliatory economic sanctions and it cannot defend Taiwan from the mainland's aircraft and missiles. The rise of China has compelled Taiwan to be cautious when dealing with it, and this includes abandoning its aspirations for the symbols of sovereignty and focusing instead on economic development. The major outlier in this trend is Chen Shui-bian, Taiwan's lame-duck president.

Summary of reading the book

Take 100% Responsibility for your life, for everything. If I don't appear to be, it's because I am buried under all the psychological armor I have collected over the years.

Forgetting is not just difficult, it is near impossible. Most troublesome is the visual memory because we can easily and even accidentally imagine. Can you imagine the smell of great coffee, taste of pizza, or sound of glass breaking? Most people can't, so those senses are not likely to trigger memory. Which leaves the visually triggered memory.

The idea is to find a way to prevent certain images from triggering unwanted memory. Here is the technique I found that works for me. Conjure the image that triggers memory you want to forget. Follow it immediately with an image of white wall, black board, or whatever image that suits you. Repeat as often as necessary.

Next time you accidentally conjure the image, the other image will follow immediately and prevent associated memory from surfacing. Ain't it cool how human mind works? It's like a monkey with short attention span at this level and you can easily play dumb tricks like this with it.

I have discovered that there are some unfortunate side-effects though. Particularly, you'll occasionally experience the mental equivalent of flipping over two pages of a book stuck together. I don't mind it so much, but you might.

Talking about just technical stuff is boring to me, so please bear with me even if you are alergic to this sort of posts. If you can put up with Tim's roses, you can put up with this. Hey, you might even get addicted!

CityU Web hacker - goldfish

For my bold try for Search Engine Optimization
try this! http://iwonder.diy.myrice.com/SEO.html
